Merchants approve the app plan through Shopify billing. ThemeMate does not collect credit card details directly on the marketing site or inside the app.

Completed backups can be downloaded as Shopify theme ZIP files. The merchant imports the ZIP as a draft theme, previews it, and publishes only when ready.
Merchant-controlled support
Support requests are submitted by the merchant through the contact flow. The form asks for the shop URL and issue details so support can respond clearly.
